  <title>Killer Home Arm Workout (biceps, triceps)</title>

       <p>Here is a killer arm workout you can do at home with just a set of dumbbells to help get those huge guns, I'm sore for days after doing this workout.  This is an arm workout for the advanced bodybuilder, if you are new to bodybuilding please check my website for a more appropriate workout.  There are six exercises, three for biceps and three for triceps.  The entire workout takes 45 minutes and there is very little down time.  Make sure you have done warm-up sets for both biceps and triceps before starting this workout because we start in with really heavy weights and you don't want to get injured.  Intensity and focus are really important when you do this workout.  Don't hold back anything, treat every set as if it were your last.  I know I sound stupid with all my grunting and groaning but when I give it 110%, I can't help it.  In this workout we do one exercise for biceps then without rest do the opposing triceps muscle.  Here is the workout:Biceps: dumbbell curl using forced negativesTriceps: skull crushers    Rest 60-90s while preparing dumbbells for next exercisesBiceps: Twenty-ones with barbellTriceps: narrow grip bench press    Rest 60-90s while preparing dumbbells for next exercisesBiceps: reverse grip barbell curlsTriceps: dumbbell kick backsRepeat the above five times, the complete workout should take about 45 minutes.  If you don't like reconfiguring the dumbbells all the time you can also just do each bicep/triceps combo 5X and then move on to the next combo. Anyone can be healthier, have more energy, sleep better, and feel better about themselves through bodybuilding. I know this is a really simple exercise and it seems silly to make a video showing how to do it but I have gotten many requests for it.  This is an easy exercise to do at home, all you need is a set of used dumbbells.Here is the way I suggest doing the dumbbell shrug.  1) Grab the dumbbells with your palms facing in2) let the weights hang at your side 3) keep your arms straight, dont bend the elbow4) put your shoulders back, try to squeeze your shoulder blades together5) go up and down slowly, as far up and far down as you can6) dont roll the shoulders!!!!Anyone can be healthier, have more energy, sleep better, and feel better about themselves through bodybuilding. It is an awesome functional, athletic movement for you athletes.  Remember, you will work the target muscle better by visualizing the target muscle. Go slow (a 3-1-3 tempo), and visualize that you are squeezing water out of a sponge in the chest.Think about driving the elbows together versus the dumbbells.  Remember it is not how much weight you lift, but it is how you lift it.I started doing these types of movements back in 1983.  Basic, compound,   power-movements for football.  We were taught the big 3, squats, dead lifts, and hang-cleans.The  Dumbbell Press should be a vital part of shocking your chest  into new growth.  This movement really allowed me to take my physique to a professional drug free for life bodybuilder at the age of 43 years old;  ;amp; I am in the best shape of my life.  I know you can do it too. All the time it takes is 4-5 hours per week, with a well thought out plan.Remember, to keep your feet, buns, ;amp; shoulder blades in contact with the floor and the bench at all times. Keep the chest open and blades closed with the lower back about 3-5 inches off the  bench.  A slow 3-1-3Tempo ;amp; make sure to squeeze the fists together going down (this is an advanced tech ;amp; you may have to go lighter than you are used too) ;amp; coming up.  3 Sets, getting to failure safely at 12 reps (1st set), 10 reps (2nd set), 6-8 reps (3rd set).You can work-out till your blue in the face but if you do not incorporate Interval Cardio (done first thing in the morning in a fasted state), intense functional multi-joint, compound exercises, small healthy meals often with protein and carbs combined together, positive mindset, goal setting ;amp; social support (you will turn into who you hang around) you will not change your body much.  Physique development is about losing fat(to show the shape of the muscle) as much if not more than building muscle.
